Playscapes, playground equipment, and tree houses are permitted as accessory uses in any single-family residential zoning district.
Playscapes and playground equipment are permitted in the rear yard and shall not exceed fourteen (14) feet in height.
A four (4) foot setback is required from adjacent residential property lines.
Tree Houses are permitted as an accessory use in any single-family residential district, with a maximum height of fourteen (14) feet at the peak, a four (4) foot setback from property lines and are not permitted in any front yard.
