Section 8.11
The maximum height of flagpoles shall not exceed forty (40) feet, except in residential district where the maximum height shall not exceed twenty (20) feet, measured from the average surrounding grade.
A maximum of one (1) flagpole per property is allowed in single-family residential districts and three (3) flagpoles are allowed per site in all other zoning districts.
Flagpoles shall be set back a minimum of ten (10) feet from any public right-of-way, private road access easement, access drive, or property line.
A maximum of two (2) flags per flagpole shall be permitted.Sec.
