Section 70.93
When the village president declares that a water conservation is necessary as provided herein, notice thereof shall be given to the official newspaper of the village and to radio and television stations as determined by the village. Such notice shall advise of the time of commencement of such water conservation period; that the water conservation period will continue until notice of termination is given by the president; the restrictions and restricted uses; and the penalty for violations.
