Section 70.35
Designation of authority. The operation, maintenance, alteration, repair, and management of the system shall be under the supervision and control of the village council. Mandatory water connection. A water connection shall be initiated by filing an application with the village, containing the name and address of the applicant; the size of the water service connection pipes desired; and the distance, if known, that the property is located from any existing public water main.
