Section 70.32
It is hereby determined to be desirable and necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayville that all water supply facilities of the village, whether owned by the village or operated as lessee and agent, be operated on a public utility rate basis in accordance with the provisions of Act 94, Public Acts of Michigan, 1933, as amended.
