Section 54.101
The village shall designate approved contractors for waste collection service to industrial and commercial establishments, or may provide village personnel. Any fees or charges for such service to industrial and commercial establishments by the contractor shall be subject to review of the village council in order to ensure reasonableness and fairness of charges.
